Tingha Gems is a Community Managed Park which is progressively undergoing regeneration, with increasing planting of trees, gardens and ponds. A unique Feijoa Fruit Hedge Maze is available for the young and old.
The park offers a SAFE,SECURE fenced PEACEFUL area of approximately 5 acres. Powered sites & unpowered sites for caravans, trailers, campervans & tents. Group bookings for Clubs are welcome.

From Tingha Gems you are right in the centre of regional action. Whether there is something going on in Inverell, Glen Innes or Guyra, we are located within 25-50 minutes drive of all three centres.

Explore Fossicking areas and see what you can find. For those who don’t know the area, we may be able to arrange for a local guide to go with you at very reasonable rates.

If you are more into fishing, then explore the Region’s Fishing spots, including Copeton Dam.

There are a number of regional attractions in the area including two great museums and a Fun Park.

The bird life is also really quite amazing. In particular, we are frequented by visits from the Yellow Tail Black Cockatoo, whose shrill call can be heard for miles. We have spotted and photographed many different birds here at the Park, including the beautiful Red Wing Parrot.

A safe, quiet and well-cared-for park. The manager, Shaun, will chat about the history of the area; give tips about fossicking areas; and show you examples of local crystals. Much of Tingha is old mineworked areas which offer many tracks for walking and driving along the banks of Copes Ck.
