Christies Beach Murray River is part of a vast forest along the bank of the Murray River, east of Echuca. There is a modern longdrop toilet here, back from the river about halfway along the peninsula.
The banks along the river here are mostly elevated above the river, providing a magnificent view of the river and the waterskiing that is enjoyed along this stretch.

There is a wide selection of camping spots here and even though there may be many campers in this location, you won't have any trouble finding a private spot to camp.
