Collendina State Forest Camping Area is a large open forest and grassland on the northern shore of the Murray River, between Corowa and Mulwala.
Perched above the river on an elevated embankment, the reserve offers wondeful photo opportunities of the river below. The embankment is several metres above the river but there are easy access walking tracks that enable you to get your line wet.

The top of the embankment offers large level grassy camping areas with either shade or sunny aspects. This makes it suitable for large group get togethers.

The Murray River splits into multiple channels at this point providing canoeists with an interesting navigational experience. Handy to have a GPS with you in case you get lost.
