Coral Bay Foreshore Rest Area at the edge of Ningaloo Reef, is a day rest area just a few steps from the beach. There is an information centre here and it is a great place to stop and discover the area.
There is no free camping at Coral Bay. This is a costly little neck of the woods, but worth spending a day or two, as it is something really special. You can swim with the friendly shoal of snapper as they come to the beach at feeding time. Dive down and admire the beautiful corals that flourish in the shallow water, just metres from the beach.
