Driving Directions

Derby Park is situated between the tennis courts and the river on the north-western end of town.

Derby retains the flavour of a vibrant tin mining town of the late 1880's, and is steeped in history. Tin is not longer mined here and the area is now engaged in rural production.
The exciting Derby River Derby is held here each October. Canoeing and fishing can be enjoyed on the nearby Cascade Dam and the surrounding rivers.

Gorgeous little town. Toilets are clean but no showers. No power, water or dump facilities. Next to a cute bubbling stream.
