Eagle Bluff is one of four campsites at which you are allowed a 1-night stopover. It is one night at any one of your choice. The other three are Goulet Bluff, Fowlers Camp and Whalebone Bay.
There is a fee for camping and a permit must be obtained before setting up camp. Fines apply for non compliance.

Eagle Bluff is one of Shark Bay's premier spots for viewing marine species, including sting rays, sharks and dugongs. You can walk around the cliff tops on a boardwalk from where you can look down into the shallow, warm waters where you may see monster tiger sharks and gentle dugongs, schools of fish and an amazing menagerie of sea birds.

This place is highly over rated. They obviously do not want people camping here.
