Driving Directions

Gillards Beach in Mimosa National Park is accessed by a 4 kilometre dirt road.

Although caravans can enter and fit easily in the camping areas of Gillards Beach, there are a couple of stretches along the dirt road where passing isn't possible and reversing would be difficult.

Gillards Beach Camping Area provides basic camping facilities with a long drop toilet but no water or showers.
There is a National Park day access fee as well as camping fees. If you spend considerable time in National Parks you may wish to purchase a annual NSW National Parks pass prior to leaving home and make use of the pass while it is current.

Currently a small amount of firewood is supplied to avoid destruction the surrounding bushland. The ranger comes around every evening to collect fees.
