Glen Riddle Recreation Reserve is located at the upstream end of Split Rock Dam. This is a popular camping area where you can enjoy fishing swimming boating and birdwatching.
This roomy camping area has ample space for any size rig in pleasant grassy surroundings. Dogs permitted here, under control

When dam levels are very low, only a trickle of water flows here.

Share with cattle. Some 'cats eye/head' thorns, Loads of Bathurst Burr (I think) with long thin spines. Plenty of carp in the limited water remaining in the creek. Some shade. Camping notice at head of track into area.
