Grimwade Settlement is a favourite spot that beckons you back again and again. It was once a sawmill and you can find level areas where buildings once stood. Nice dam with campsites on the bank. No facilities at all.
There are some excellent walking tracks here and the Bibbulmunn track crosses nearby on the Kirup-Grimwade Road just before the intersection with the Balingup-Grimwade Road.

Grimwade was once home to more than 200 people but the town closed around 1990.
