The Hill End Visitor Information Centre & Museum is a great place to start your adventure in this historic gold mining town. There is ample room to park any size rig and plenty of turning space.
Once the town's hospital, this fine example of 19th century architecture houses the Visitor Information Centre and Museum. The grounds are decorated with displays of ancient farming and gold mining equipment, as well as the common mode of transport in those days, horse drawn carts.
A small fee is charged for entrance into the museum.
There are toilets and drinking water available here.
