Numeralla River Rest Area is a small sealed area next to the Numeralla River with windy loo, rubbish, bin and some picnic tables.
There is a commemorative plaque for the 150th anniversary of the discovery of the Monaro by Captain Mark Currie, Major John Ovens, Mr. Joseph Wild with the aid of Aborigines in June 1823.

Further south past the paved area is a large flat area used for a gravel quarry that is suitable for all size rigs.

Fairly flat gravel area. Good views. Road noise not to bad. 5 vans here
