Driving Directions
Proceed to waypoint, 2km north-west of Jimna on Kilcoy-Murgon Road. Turn north onto Peach Trees Road and follow dirt road for 2km to campground, just across bridge over Yabba Creek. The bridge, which previously had a 4-tonne limit, has been replaced with concrete culvert.
The Peach Trees Camping Area is situated in an open forest setting beside Yabba Creek. It is accessed via an unsealed road that is suitable for conventional vehicles.
The camping area is a short scenic drive from the town of Kilcoy. It is a tranquil spot with birds, kangaroos and possums. During the winter months it can get very cold.
The area is huge with plenty of level grassy sites & lots of wildlife.
The whole camping area has just had a Million-$ upgrade with new toilets and Qld Parks Wifi
