Point Lowly Camping Area is a top spot to stay for a few days if fishing is your thing, with a sheltered boat harbour and three different camp areas.
Dolphins can be seen entering the harbour in the afternoon.

The rip in front of the light house is regarded as the snapper fishing area.

The boat trailer parking area is available for caravans and motorhomes at off peak boating times. Facilities are very well maintained. There is a dump point about 500 meters down the road adjacent to Santos site.

We stayed here and found it would be a great spot when the weather is good otherwise very windy and worse when it rains amenities clean and maintained generally a good camp with lots of interesting things along with fishing.
