The Puma Truck & Travel Stop Kybong provides everything you expect from a road house plus free overnight stay down the back for caravans and motorhomes.
The Rest Area is behind the Puma service station. You follow the dirt road running parallel to the highway in a southerly direction after entering the complex.

The camping area is grassy and there are spots beside the lake to park. There are covered picnic tables and garbage bins provided at the rest area. In the complex which is a short walk there are hot showers for $3.00 and drinking water.

The complex has a small supermarket, diner, takeaway and gift shop. The rest area is well maintained by Service Station employees.

This service station was previously a Matilda brand outlet and Matilda, the Kangaroo Statue used in the 1982 Commonwealth Games now resides here as a tourist attraction. There is a Newsagency included in the groups of shops.

Main camping area currently closed. You can still camp in the area at the front of the rest area near the highway.

Loved this freecamp, only stayed one night, it has such a lovely outlook with the pond & a little way from the Highway. Great to have the service station on hand for fuel & food. We were lucky enough to get s "wink" from Matilda.
