Driving Directions

Unsuitable for large caravans. Steep winding road.

Tom Groggin Camping & Picnic Area is an excellent camp site, situated on the Upper Murray River with plenty of level sites and composting toilets.
It is very quiet, even in January and the swimming is great.

Unfortunately, March Flies are plentiful.

The road in is a bit steep and winding, so be sure your brakes (car and van) are in good condition a low gear while cruising down slowly for the 10km of steep descent. The rest is easy. Geehi camp is just down the road but more popular. The scenery is spectacular.
