Driving Directions
85km east or Alice Springs. Follow Ross Highway to waypoint. Turn north for 9km including 5km of dirt.
Trephina Gorge Nature Park lies in the East MacDonnell Ranges, 85 kilometres East of Alice Springs, and is notable for its sheer quartzite cliffs, Red River Gums and sandy creek bed.
Camping is available and fees apply (cash only). Ranger guided walks and talks are conducted as part of the Territory Parks Alive season from May to September.
There are a variety of walking trails available within the park ranging from easy to hard. More information about the walks is available onsite or by contacting Parks and Wildlife.
