This is an excellent spot to stay when driving between the ACT and the South Coast. Plenty of room and a choice of sunny or shady locations.
Very accessible free camp just off the Kings Highway. Suitable for any sized rig. Toilets are long drop that some may say are poorly serviced, but who can be fussy when free.

Plentiful water at the river. Access could be awkward for those with limited mobility. Highway noise reduces in the evening and is not too bothersome during the day.

Town of Braidwood is 13km south toward Batemans Bay.

A great place by the river to rest for a few days with your dog. Along side highway but not noisy. Can be crowded in summer. Great swimming in river.

Top spot, lots of room to spread out. we stayed 1 night on our way to Bermagui and half a day in Braidwood the next morning at the farmers market. 9kg LPG refill was $19.99 at the Mobil servo.

A great midway stop between Canberra & Batemans Bay. Highly recommended.
